In
December of 1889, in the city of Dolores, province
of Soriano which happens to be the geographical center
of wheat
production of Uruguay, Molino San Salvador started to
work. Today, more than a hundred years later, with a milling
capacity of 12.000 tons per month, a storage capacity of
more
than 60.000 tons and over 170 employees is the leader
in the flour market and the major wheat
flour exporter of the country.
